Chinese medicine invites us to mirror the processes of nature and open up as everything comes to life. Our body relaxes\, we feel free and joyful at the approach of Summer. \nSpring is a wonderful time to learn techniques of meditation and relaxation. \nMeditation brings silence\, stillness and clarity to the mind.
