Special Saver acupuncture appointments
We are offering acupuncture appointments at a reduced fee:
- For online bookings only
- Appointments only on certain days/times
- Bookings paid in full online at the time of booking
Terms and conditions
Bookings
- Only available for online bookings – this helps to reduce our admin costs so we can offer this special rate.
- Only available for existing patients – new patients need to complete an Initial Appointment first.
- If the same appt time is booked via email, phone or at the front desk, then the Special Saver rate won’t apply.
- Appt prices and number of appts available can vary.
Cancellations
- The standard cancellation policy applies – more than 24 hours there is no fee. Within 24 hours, 100% of the fee applies.
- You can cancel online up to two days before the appt. If less than two days, please email us.
- If you’d like the payment refunded to your card, please email us. Otherwise, your account will be in credit for future appts.
Rescheduling
- The only way to secure a Special Saver appt is by booking and paying online. This keeps our admin costs down so we can continue to offer this service to our community.
- Rescheduling to another Special Saver appt: book your new appt, cancel the original, then email us to request a refund (or keep your account in credit for other uses).
- Rescheduling to a standard appt: book your new appt using the “Online Reservation” option, cancel the original, then your practitioner will arrange payment for the difference in fees.
Claiming on private health
We’ll email a receipt the day after your appointment, which can be uploaded to your health fund.
