Treatment Packs are a popular way our patients commit to their health while enjoying meaningful savings on regular acupuncture sessions.
Whether you’re coming weekly or fortnightly, these prepaid packs are ideal for those who:
- value consistency
- want to stay on track with their health goals, and
- appreciate the convenience of having it all taken care of in advance.
There’s no pressure to choose a Treatment Pack. It’s simply an option for those who prefer to commit upfront—your level of care remains the same either way.
Pack Options and Expiry
Treatment Packs are valid for a set period of time from the date of purchase. If you need more time to use your pack, just email us—we’re happy to extend it if needed (within reason).
- 4-session special pack – valid for 1 month

3-session pack – valid for 2 months

6-session pack – valid for 3 months

10-session pack – valid for 6 months

Private Health Rebates
We will email you a receipt after each session, showing the fee and the payment portion for that session. You can then send or upload this receipt to your health fund to receive your rebate.
Changes and Refunds
We understand life can change. If you need to stop your Treatment Pack partway through, we’ll simply calculate how many sessions you’ve used at the standard single-session rate and refund you the remaining balance.
Managing Your Appointments
Once you’ve purchased a pack, you’re welcome to book your sessions:
- online (use “Reservation” as the appointment type)
- in person
- by phone
- by email
- on the Booking Request Form
To check your upcoming appointments:
- log in to the online portal
- check your inbox for your appointment listing that’s automatically emailed 7 days before your next appointment
